An Post couriers deliver parcels separately to letters and until 6pm in the evening, so don’t panic.

what will happen to my parcel if i’m not home to sign for it?
if you’re not home to sign for your parcel it will go to your local depot for collection, if it’s not collected within 1 week, it will be returned to us.

can An Post leave my parcel with a neighbour?
as a signature is required, this is not possible.
do you deliver to Parcel Motel?
yes, we do deliver to parcel motel. simply enter your Parcel Motel address at the checkout.
if i order on a saturday will I get my parcel on sunday?
unfortunately, An Post don't deliver on sunday, if you order on a saturday you will receive your parcel on tuesday.
