We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, Bennäsvägen 139 is happy to accept returns within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings, or any beauty products.

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund

Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Vavavoom has partnered with An Post to offer our Irish customers reduced rates on returns. Simply peel off the returns label included in your package and attach it to the front of your parcel, ensuring the original delivery labels are covered. Then take to any An Post counter service. Please remember to obtain your proof of postage receipt. A charge of €4 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage using this service. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

  • We are unable to provide digital return labels, only the physical label supplied in your parcel. This cannot be resent in the event of loss or damage to the original.
  • Please note: the An Post prepaid returns label is not guaranteed in every order

  • The rate charged will be at the customer’s expense and will depend on the postal service used.
